finally can rest well i guess...today...
ytd didn't sleep well...
just before going to bed,while sms-ing crystal...
felt a numb in e finger...guess kena electrocuted...
tell euu my panic attacks are getting worser and worser...
just the numb i scared...
than i sort of walk around...trying to stop e numb...
than i calmed down...than the second one came when i heard some noises...
but i could control it larhh...
and my dad...shouted...
scare me...i counldn't sleep...lky haha...
alot of thing went into my mind ytd...
i just can't forget it the way lky euu ppl can...
it is easier to overcome it if everyone have been thru this...
but it is difficult to forget this alone...
why can't i forget it...

btw my aunt from japan got me a fahrenheit newest album...japanese wan...a hello kitty cow in a milk bottle plushie and a taurus constellation doll or something lky that...she got my bro PSP...lavender purple...look so gay...haha...my father got me a pink DS...lky ahhhhhh...i think that i have to buy e jonas brothers albums with my own money i guess...caue i think dad wanna get me that for my birthday...end up we bought a DS...haha...oh yarhh and thanks my aunt for baking a cake for us...it rocks okay...the cream was nice...even my family they dun eat cream also say nice...it was something like strawberry shortcake...i guess...haha...
